Performance Marketing · Education · Admissions
Chaitanya’s Academy already had the results. The challenge was putting those results in front of the right parents before admission season peaked—and turning trust into qualified enquiries.
Overview
Great Results Don’t Market Themselves
Chaitanya’s Academy had the track record—5,200+ students across four centres in Pune, Baramati, Ahilya Nagar and Ranchi, with NEET, JEE and MHT-CET toppers to prove it. What they needed was a Meta ads strategy that put those results in front of the right parents before admission season peaked.
We built a two-layer system—awareness campaigns to build familiarity across Pune and Baramati, and lead generation campaigns to capture intent the moment a parent was ready to enquire. Three exams, three campaign angles and one CRM-ready pipeline of qualified leads.

Familiarity First. Enquiry Second.
On Meta, a parent will rarely complete a lead form the first time they see an advertisement. Result banners, faculty spotlight videos and batch announcements built familiarity first. Lead generation campaigns powered by Meta Instant Forms then converted that familiarity into pre-qualified enquiries.
Each form captured the student’s name, parent’s phone number, course of interest and preferred batch, sending the enquiry directly into the CRM without the drop-off of a separate landing page.

The Meta campaigns brought in the kind of inquiries we used to get only through referrals—parents who already knew about us, already trusted us and just needed a reason to call. That’s what good awareness ads do.
